Harry Newton
Born and raised in Victoria, I became a Realtor in 1988 at the age of 22, with an eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic. My real estate sales career started with National Real Estate Service (NRS), that became a Coldwell Banker franchise. Within 3 years I had obtained my brokers license, and within 7 years, in 1995, I opened my own real estate company. Newtco Realty allows me to work together with every other real estate agent through the Multiple Listing Service, and be able to put my clients interests before all others.
I have experience selling condo developments, apartment blocks, multi unit character conversions, foreclosures, estates, CMHC repossessions, acreages, waterfronts, and everything in between! My greatest enjoyment, though, comes from helping clients buy and sell Residential Real Estate.
I believe my job is to get my sellers the most money possible, with terms and conditions that are in their best interest. I do this by making sure that EVERY potential buyer (and their agent) is aware of your property, shining a light on the attributes, and using my 30 years experience to help you negotiate the best deal possible. Each listing has professional photo’s and floor plans taken, municipal permit and title searched, staging and contractors rates to get market ready (if necessary). In short, I will look after maximizing what is the biggest investment in most people’s life.
If you are a buyer, I will take the time to educate you about the different areas of Victoria. I will make sure you are aware of each property that meets your needs. You will never feel rushed, as I am a firm believer that my job is to help you find the right home, not just any home. You will be armed with what you need to make an informed decision. Finally, I will do everything I can to get you the best deal possible.
